Default Excel Power Query Not Returning All Rows

I am running an ODBC query to extract mainframe DB2 data. If I run the query on the mainframe, it extracts 290,055 rows. When I run it in Excel, it only returns 9,560 rows. There are no error messages. How do I get Excel to return all rows? Is there some parameter that I need to use?
