I need help to convert the rows from the table above to the columns as in the table below (all data for one man). Is there any way to convert the rows to the columns.

Something like this?
Columns with colored headers on Datasheet sheet are calculated! You enter/select only Number, Absence type, and Days. PS: Remove last column on Persons sheet! I forgot deleting it before posting! |

Very straightforward in Power Query.
See green table in attached and to update, right-click it and choose Refresh. |
