Default Rank Function Assistance

Hey everyone,

I am hoping someone can assist me with a formula to auto sort rankings. Attached are two images of a spreadsheet I have created for tracking flight delays. On the first image, I have set up a MTD Rank that will sort out automatically the longest delay based on the difference between columns D and E. I have the same sheet for each month of the year that will auto rank the longest delay per month.

The second image is a simple dashboard I made to tabulate stats from the entire year. Is there a way to get the top three delays from the entire year to populate into the Top Three Delays of the Year fields? I would like Excel to automatically sort through all of the delays from each sheet per month, and automatically transfer all of the information from that particular row into the dashboard, and sort the top three longest for the year.

I have manually copied and pasted the top three for January onto the dashboard to give a visual of what I am looking to achieve.

Thanks for any assistance!
