Default Cast Excel spreadsheet from phone to TV

Hi. After hours of reading a lot of how to’s in the web and trying those that I thought would give me the light of day on how to cast my Excel spreadsheet from the phone to the TV, this forum might help.
I was issued a Samsung Galaxy 52 phone and a smart TV with a built in chrome cast was made available in the office for virtual meetings.
I downloaded Excel, Word and powerpoint files from one drive and saved them in the phone.

Screen mirroring photos and you tube works fine but I couldn’t find the airplay button when I open the spreadsheet file for casting.
I had the Smart View app installed but had not subscribed to the yearly subscription.
Thank you for any help.
