Repeat values in row

I need help solving the problem. I need to put on SharePoint an excel file that would be populated with data, but if some data is repeated in three cells within in single row a message should appear (like data validation error alert)informing that that values already exist.Is it possible solve this only with formulas?

have they all got to be in the same row to match? i.e your example row 7 ,matches row 2. or can the 10 be in row 2, the 200 in row 5 and the 1000 in row 6?

Yes, they got to be in the same row, but it doesn't matter in what row is it, all rows need to be unique.

have a look at the attached, i have added a formula in column D that is true if all 3 match. I have also added the formula into the Conditional formatting so it highlights.

please note i have changed your numbers around
