Hi
=RIGHT($B4,3)<>"mp3" & copy down. Use in conditional formatting to highlight B8 (in red), select range B4:B9 Home > Conditional Formatting > New rule > Use a formula to determine which cells to format > In the "Format values where this formula is true:" enter the formula above > format > your requirements.
