To put "," after each code and make a single line...
Hi,
I have several "TR_CODE" in several cells of a single row. I need there should be a "," after each "TR_CODE" automatically generated and it should be placed in a single line like in the picture. Any help would be appreciated as I am in need of this code because there are a huge number of TR_CODES to put in a single row with adding a comma. |

Maybe it's not the quickest way to do what you require but it's the only way I know how to do it with formulas:
- enter this formula =CONCATENATE(TRANSPOSE(A2:A15)&",") in the cell where you want to join your "TR-CODE"s - highlight this part of the formula TRANSPOSE(A2:A15)&"," - press F9 key to show the cell contents instead of the cell reference - from the formula remove the two curly brackets (one at the beginning and one at the end) and the last comma (if you don't need it) - press the Enter to confirm. |

Please add a workbook rather than a picture - a picture just means that we have to manually recreate the data

Fantastic. It works fine. Thanks a lot for your kind help & support.
Noted: Next time I will take care to attach an Excel Sheet as advised. |
