Using your example: -
1/1/20 to 31/12/20 = 12 whole months
I assume your monthly income is 500+800+600+450

Ignore " " marks in the following: -

1. In another cell write "Income 1/1/20 to 31/12/20 =" and right-hand justify it.

2. In the cell to the right of that enter "=SUM(D25)" and press Enter.
I cannot stop the forum converting what I am typing into a smiley so imagine the smiley replaced by ": D" together but with no space.

Hope I have interpreted your question correctly.

thanks for replying
maybe I wasn't clear .What I mean that The(500+800+600+450) is My income in the beginning of the contract period not between 1/1/20 to 31/12/20
I want to calculate my income during the year 2020 with an annual increase of 10% from the beginning of the contract

In any case my formula was wrong. You showed monthly fees so I should have multiplied the result by 12. The new formula would be "=12*SUM(D25)".

Again replace the smiley with ": D" together i.e. No space.

Does this answer your question?

Thanks again
that would answer me if only all the contract start on 1/1/20
but in my case there are different starting date in many of the contracts
so like one contract "start date in 25-05-2019 and end date in 24-05-2029"
and I only need the income during the year 2020.

Maybe keep each month's income in a single cell on the main "Source" sheet. I know this will result in a lot of cells but it will allow you to select individual months that you can SUM up on other sheets.

You can create a sheet for each year (Example "2019 to 2020") and each "Year" sheet will use different cells from the source sheet.
