Hi,

Does anyone know how I can print off a very small selection of data in Excel 2013 onto glossy photo paper on my Pixma iP7200 printer?

First, I think I need to convert the selection to a jpeg image to print it off as a picture. The printer will only print on glossy photo paper on the upper cassette which takes only 5x7” or 4x6”.

I tried to turn the photo paper around (on the lower cassette) using A4 size, so that it would be printing on the matte side, but the printer wouldn’t accept it.
Any suggestions?

This is a shot in the dark, but searching around on the internet shows there is a Windows driver for this printer, ( PIXMA iP7250 - Support - Download drivers, software and manuals - Canon UK) ) so I'd strongly suspect, once installed, you'll be able to print directly to the printer from Excel: select the area you want to print in Excel, go to File, Print, then in the Settings section choose only to print the Selection, etc. etc.

Tried your method this morning - minus downloading any new drivers - and have managed successfully to print off onto glossy photo paper! Result! Had to fiddle about with the settings etc but yes, success. Thanks so much for your help.
