![]() Hi folks, I am trying to create a clustered column graph to display Date Vs KM driven, as you can see from the attached JPEG file, my dates in column A are spaced 1 week apart (every Sunday), and the corresponding KM driven in column F. This graph will go on for 4 years, but for brevity sake I will illustrate the problem I have selecting only cells A15-A18 and F15-F18. As you can see, creating a clustered column graph based on these cells displays the graph to the right of this data. The problem I have is it is displaying not just the dates I have selected, but all the days in between. Because this graph will go on for 4 years, or 208 weeks, this will make the graph way too large. What I really want to do here, is make a clustered column graph that displays ONLY the weekly dates in column A and not all the days in between. Is there any way to do this? Thanks |

It is always better to post a work book so that we dont have to waste time recreating the data (probably wrong)
Click on your chart, right click format axis > in the box on the right there are 4 icons Fill & Line Effect Size and Properties Axis Options <Click on this one> then expand Axis options Change the Units > Major to 7 days Last edited by Purfleet; 09-11-2020 at 08:03 PM. Reason: typo |

Hi there, and thanks for the quick reply. Your suggested solution worked, this is exactly what I wanted to do, and thanks for the feedback, from now on I will post the actual workbook instead of screen snapshots
