Insert picture into Excel, display as clickable file icon
Hi, I would like to insert pictures into Excel. Only thing is that instead of displaying the graphic itself, I would like it to be displayed as a file icon. So that if the user wants to see the image, he would have to double click the file icon to open it. How do I do this? I.e. insert the image as a file attachment |

You can choose to INSERT CLIP ART, located on the INSERT menu tab. Select the folder image desired ... place that in the appropriate cell.
Next, assign a macro to the image by RIGHT CLICK .... You'll need to create a separate macro for each image that points to the location (PATH) of the image to be displayed. Then SAVE. |
