Your problem in not weekend. You have entered Volume values as numbers and formatted the column to display them with comma as thousands delimiter. But for date 6/9/220 (with btw. is not weekend date, it is Tuesday!) instead number 35046300 you entered a text '35,046,30[0]'. For graph, Excel interprets it as 0 (any text in numeric column has numeric value 0).
