Default Formula for calculating dates based on Business Days

I've been put in charge of managing delivery of of number of regular reports. The dues dates for many of these reports are basically a specific number of business days before/after a trigger date.

For example, a certain set of reports is due 15 business days after a version release.

I need a formula that lets me set the rule for a report so that in Excel, I can enter the trigger date and Excel will calculate the due date.

Is this doable?

thanks
