Draft - Retirement Calculator
Hello Excel Gurus,
I've seen a number of different retirement calculators but not many allow a quick overview of income by withdraw percentage rates without typing each one in separately. I took a shot at making one of my own and perhaps benefit others as well. See the attached. Questions: 1) Have I used the NPER and FV functions correctly? These calc how long the funds will last and what the future values will be. 2) I tried to take into account the fees associated with a financial advisor. These fees are typically based on overall funds managed and may decrease or increase over time as the funds balance changes - how would you account for that? 3) Any value with incorporating the marginal tax rate - if so, how would you do that? Thanks! |
