Survey option in MS?
I currently send out a survey spreadsheet to various folks. They respond and I compile each response one by one. This then gets sorted and finally I get to analyze the results. As you can tell, this is very repetitive and tedious. I would love to automate this completely. I looked online and found a solution: Office365 forms. Pretty fine and impressive. Obviously, part of surveys is to keep results confidential from every respondent. I'm curious if folks here have any other ideas? Any suggestions? Thanks! |

I don't think I understand the question, us722. You send out the survey how? By email, I suppose. Your respondents send it back the same way. The way you'd keep the results confidential, therefore, is not to publish them. What am I missing?

I was assuming that you're not sending the email to a long list of email addresses in the To or Cc field. If you do that, then a good many of your respondents will carelessly Reply All and let everyone see their answers. What you want is to send your list to one at a time, or to all of your victims at once using the Bcc field. That way no one can see who else is getting a copy of the survey, and they cannot accidentally Reply to any but you.
