Default Alignment of sentences

Hello,

I want to align these two sentences in excel. (refer attachment)

First line is address line.

Want to align letter 'C' from the word 'Contact' exactly below letter 'G' from the word GALA and last 'X' in GST no. exactly below no. 5 in address line.

How to do this?

If you are looking for an Excel solution, post an excel file that we can work with instead of a Word file.

Avoid the use of merged cells. Place the information in the cell you want and align accordingly. Use the center across instead of merging cells. Merged cells create havoc in Excel and experienced users NEVER use that function.

I used the center across command as suggested by you. but its not working.

either the contact no. or the GST are not getting aligned at the same time. I want both the things to get aligned at the same time.

Also, the alignment can be seen happening in excel file but if I go for print then in print preview again the alignment is not proper and subsequently in pdf file. why is it so?

Don't think what you're after is possible using a non-proportional font like Calibri because width is based on the characters used not the character count.
an example with same number of characters:
GALA - XX, XXXXXX INDUSTRIAL PARK, PLOT XXX/1, XXXXXX MIDC, XXXX MUMBAI - XXXX05.
GALA - II, IIIIII INDUSTRIAL PARK, PLOT III/1, IIIIII MIDC, IIII MUMBAI - IIII05.

Are you interested in a macro solution using a fixed width font like "Courier New" ?
same examples:
GALA - XX, XXXXXX INDUSTRIAL PARK, PLOT XXX/1, XXXXXX MIDC, XXXX MUMBAI - XXXX05.
GALA - II, IIIIII INDUSTRIAL PARK, PLOT III/1, IIIIII MIDC, IIII MUMBAI - IIII05.

also, is the period and space at the end of the address really necessary ?

what about the vertical alignment of the sentences?

the letter 'G' from word GALA and letter 'C' from the word contact must coincide.
and same with the right side that below no. 5 from pin code the last letter of GST no. must coincide.

Seeing you didn't answer yes, I guess the answer is no.
Good luck with your project.

You still haven't answered either of the questions I asked.
Perhaps this will be of some use.
