Can not stop Excel or the others from printing to FILE
instead of sending doc to printer to print. I have googled and tried a few ideas that came up but no go. I also checked in the Outlook, Excel and so on in MS Office Pro 2010 with no luck seeing anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated, the wife is getting edgy. I even reloaded the software. |

If I correctly understand your dilemma, no matter how you try, everything prints to file instead of printing to paper ?
If so ... and this is me grasping at straws ... have you set the printer options DEFAULT PRINTER to the printer you are wanting ? If you've already done that (and in light of already re-loading the software) I'm not certain of the solution. You could always contact Microsoft directly and see what they advise. |

Yes to both questions. I did do a post in the Microsoft Forums but already 18 deer staring into headlights have looked at the post. I will post here when I finally get things up and working. Thank You

Did finally get everything straightened out. Did do a complete uninstall of all printers and HP software. Reinstalled, played with network connections and ended up all OK again.

That's a MS built-in feature.
Glad you have it working. |
