Default Lookup columns

Hi there, is there a way of using the vlookup formula to pull the columns in the EM and PV tabs if selecting 2019 from the Main tab? Basically, if I were to choose 2019 from Main, A1 cell block, I'd like to pull the columns from EM and PV (columns E through G).

Perhaps there is a better way to do this. In the end, all i'm trying to do is gather the data from the tabs associated with 2019 into the Main tabe. Each year, there will be data to the right. Hope this makes sense. Thanks!
