Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data. |

Hi Pecoflyer,
Sure, sorting my samples must work with any Excel version as it was working last week with my Excel. What I don't understand is why it is not working now. As far as I know, I didn't modify anything justifying this problem? When problem appeared and trying and trying solving it, the only thing I did was reinstalling Office 2016 but sorting problem still appeared reason why I explained it to the forum to get help. Is it an Office problem? A Windows problem? Or????? Regards |

To Alansidman and Pecoflyer
I finally reinstalled Windows and Office and it works. I don't know what did happen but it is the only solution I found. It is a bit radical but... Anyway, thanks for your help. Problem solved. Regards |

Hello, I am coming with the same problem than before, sort option is not working.
I explain why. When I got the problem I went to my MS account and by mistake I installed Office 2013. Sorting data worked well but opening some file I did with 2016, some charts was not working. Coming back to my MS account, I remembered I bought Office 2016. So I installed Office 2016 but when trying to sort, it didn't work. So again I would appreciate your help to solve my problem. Now sure, it's an Office 2016 problem. But how to solve it? Regards |
