To freeze top 3 rows only:
Scroll the sheet up, so top rows are visible; Celect cell A4; Freeze Panes. To freeze e.g. Top 3 rows and left 2 columns: Scroll the sheet up and left, so top rows and left columns are visible; Select cell C4; Freeze Panes.
