Rounding to split up times.
I have an excel spreadsheet to divide up aircrew flight times when you enter in total time. Usually three pilots divide up their times three ways between left seat, right seat, and out of the seat (rest) time. So three rows for three pilots, and three columns for each seat. Is there a way I can get some cells to round up OR down the .X3333 or .X6666 as appropriate so the rows and columns add up correctly to the total time?
E.g.: Position:LEFT|RIGHT|OUT ...Pilot1: 2.9 | 2.8 | 2.8 ...Pilot2: 2.8 | 2.9 | 2.8 ...Pilot3: 2.8 | 2.8 | 2.9 Total:8.5 Or Position:LEFT|RIGHT|OUT ...Pilot1: 2.9 | 2.9 | 2.8 ...Pilot2: 2.9 | 2.8 | 2.9 ...Pilot3: 2.8 | 2.9 | 2.9 Total:8.6 Thanks! |

Having flight times as time, not the number of hours, makes things much easier! I don't think, pilots will measure the time with accuracy of second (or less)
In attachment, time cells are formatted in a way what allows flight hours over 24 hours. Currently the attachment is only for schedules where all hours are distributed evenly. When you want the possibility e.g. for some pilot have only left seat, and another only right seat, then you must add a column where you enter the schedule number (e.g. when 1 then 2*Left+Out, when 2 then 2*Right+Out, when 3 then Left+Right+Out) and correct formulas in table tFTTable accordingly.
