Searching content of a cell in multiple cells

Greetings,
I am looking for your support. I have a content of one sheet that I want to look for in on another sheet (in a larger text). If I find that content, I want to display a corresponding name of report that is next to the content I am looking for. For clarity please find attached example, Thank you for your support.
