Default Burn up for my time line

Hiya. I have a spreadsheet with the columns

ID (unique)
Title
Done (yes/no)
Done on (date - empty if Done is no)

This sheet has x number of rows.

I want a burn down that will allow me to show progress over time to the goal of x being done by EOY (12/31/2019) with a data point for each month.

Can anyone tell me how to do this as I am quite new to Excel shenanigans of this sort. Thanks!
