Default Match to columns and then copy line to second list.

HI,
I have two lists with random columns. Common Coolum is user name.
I need to merge matches between two list with same user name. Then this data stored in third sheet.
Till now, I use conditional formatting with marking duplicates and this is extremely inefficient. And with several thousand lines it extremely slow.

Basically, I need to match user name. If match is found , then I need to copy entire line to different list. Same I have to do from second list, and copy that line.

Br,
Borut
