AA BB CC DD EE Grand Total


Sum of Field B 11 26 30 39 48 154


How do I get sub total in column after CC that shows Subtotal ( AA+BB+CC)? Need help

please post a sample sheet ( no pics please)
You can try the "Group" option in the PT menu after selecting the row fields you want

You have total for whole pivot table at bottom - do you?

Add filter by label column. Set filter to display label AA, BB and CC (or whatever else). Overall Total is Total for those 3 labels.

When I try to group it, it grouped other calculated field also

As you can't have same field for filter and for group, I had to add a copy of Field1.
