Default Pivot table- % growth and difference between two items in same column by months

Need help on pivot table. I am trying to find % growth between two numbers in same column for different months and different categories instead of grand total of row. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

Thank you. There is extra column that shows up and not sure there is any other solution to that. Really, appreciated if anyone can help
