Default How can I fill cell color starting from Cell D5 using Conditional formatting instead

Hi,

How can I fill cell color starting from Cell D5 using Conditional formatting instead of Cell D1?

I am using the following code in Row D:

=$A$3>=COLUMN()

And it starts filling color from Cell D1.

Thanks.
