Excel to powerpoint linking

Hello everyone,

I have an excel file whose pages I have linked to a ppt file. When I'm trying to update the ppt some of the graphs in the excel files are shown blank in the ppt. If I go back to excel, wait a few seconds then return to ppt and update the same slide the problem resolves.

Any suggestions on how to overcome this problem?

* The excel file is huge (18 MB), that might be the reason of the problem
