Default IFS query (I think)

I really hope that someone could help me with this one as I have tried to study videos and still have no idea how to do what I'm looking to achieve, an I apologise if I'm not explaining properly.

I have master table of data that I'm looking to develop a report from:

Developing Self AwarenessScoreManager ScoreCombinedAverage1.66666666711.333333333I continuously seek the feedback of those around me in order to be the best leader I can be111I promote resilience and wellbeing within my team and lead by example312I demonstrate positive and effective communication skills (listening, feedback, recording, sharing) to enable to my team to deliver the best possible outcomes for the people we support and their loved ones.111

I would like to know:

If the combined score I 1 or 0 for the text field to show under a development heading and if the combined score is 2 or 3 then the text on the left to show under a strengths heading as below

Strengths

I promote resilience and wellbeing within my team and lead by example

Development

I continuously seek the feedback of those around me in order to be the best leader I can be

I am really hoping that someone can help with this and thank you in advance
