How to add quick access toolbar in Excel Add-In?

I have created Excel Add-In. Now, I am deploying it on the user system. I need to add Quick Access Toolbar Icon while setting Add-In on user system.

How I can add Icon into the Add-In itself so no need to perform setting on User system? It should work with Add-In excel on any user system.
