Default Help need for concatenate function issue

Hi All

I just wanted to let you know about the concatenate function which is not updated automatically if i change the values in the cell which already called in the function.

for example,

I have the row which needs to be merged using the concatenate function. I have created the function but, if i changing the value in the cell the changes has not updated in the function cell so that i have double click the function cell and put ENTER then it has updated.

Also if try to drag the function below to apply all the rows but, the same above not updated automatically and i have double click each cell and put ENTER manually.

Please anyone advise how to resolve this issue.

Thanks
Ganesan. G
