Default Need some help

Hello guys,
i'm quite fresh with all this excel coding.
I've got two sheets, in one of them there are 3 colums, that contains customers name and it's reference number, in the second sheet i've got customers names and reference numbers and post codes plus more info that i don't need.
i need to pull the post codes to sheet one from sheet two.

In the picture uploaded i need the data from left picture (lets call it sheet 1, to go to right picture colum D, that's on a sheet 2.)

In my head the formula should look at the Ref columns on both sheets and if Ref matches it should pull data from P(D) column on Sheet 1 and move it to Sheet 2 column P(D).

Is it possible to do so?

Thanks.

If you need macro for your problem, I don't know that but I could help you with formulas that will return the values that you need in column D of sheet 1.

=IFERROR(INDEX(Sheet2!D$2$8,MATCH(A2,Sheet2!A$2: A$8,0)),"")

OR

=IFERROR(VLOOKUP(A2,Sheet2!A$2:H$8,4,FALSE),"")
