Copy all comments & cell contents (i.e. data) to word?

Hi,
Is there a way to transfer all of the comments as well as the cell contents/data across to Word? I have found some scripts on the net that can export all of the comments from an Excel file to a Word file. The problem is they only provide a cell number before each comment.
As I am wanting to transfer a file with a large number of comments into Word, it will take me forever to retype the content of each cell and match it up with the corresponding comment.


What I need is some method to copy all of the comments and match them with the cell content at the same time. For example, say one of my cells has the word "George" typed in it and the comment for that cell is "has $54 owing". I need a way of exporting this to Word so that it comes out as "George has $54 owing". But I want ALL of the cell contents and comments presented in this way, with each row separated by a single line.
Am I asking the impossible or is there such a script? Or is there software that can achieve this?
