Conditional Formatting Individual Rows in a range
In the range of cells, if the POP End date is less than or equal to the value in cell AK40, format background red. Applies to AH2:AK2 in this example.
I need this to apply to the entire range – to highlight (format) the row when the row POP End value is less than or equal to the date value in AK40 In this example, rows 1, 3, and 4 should be red background. What would the CF formula be? See Attachment |

If you're going to post a question with an attachment, probably would be a good idea if the attachment was in the format of the question. Excel that is, not word...
See how this goes... Conditional Formatting

Jeff - worked perfectly. Thanks for you time and help - and sorry about the Word/Excel mix. Didn't even occur to me. Will watch out for this in the future. Again, Thanks. r/Phil
