if the numbers involved are minutes then:


=IF(F108="","",MROUND(MIN(40,C108+E108-F108),15))
It they're hours then:
=IF(F108="","",MROUND(MIN(40,C108+E108-F108),0.25))


unless, that is, you want to do the rounding of the individual numbers first.
