Default Change default move row behavior to "shift-move"

I have discovered that if I hold shift while moving a row of data it will insert the row between the rows that are already there. This will be required on a sheet that I'm creating that will be used as a highly changed schedule.

Is there a way to change the default behavior of excel so that it inserts the rows while moving without having to hold down shift?

Actually found out Google Sheets does this by default. So I'll be using that instead.

Thanks.
