Default Same spread sheet prints different on two computers

At work we have multiple computer networked together. All files are stored on my bosses computer and i access them from there. The issue is when I build a spread sheet on mine and save it ti his computer it will print it all on one page, his will print the last few rows on a second sheet. As far as i can tell we are using identical settings.

Check the printer settings, one could be set to show all data on one page. this shrinks the data so it fits on one page, similar commands are shrink to fit all columns and shrink to fit all rows. its found when you select print, check the options under setup.
