Hi All,
I am making an Excel Sheet for student list. This list includes Student's Name, Father's Name, Sex and Father's Occupation. Now I want to count how many students’ father doing job or doing business i.e. if list contains 30 students (18 male and 12 female) then how many male student’s father doing job or business and how many female student’s father doing job or business. Suppose there are four columns A (Student Name), B (Father’s Name), C (Sex) & D (Father’s Occupation) and in a cell of column E, I want result for male students whom fathers doing job and in a cell of column F, I want result of male students whom fathers doing business. And same for female student too in a cells of column G & H. I want to know the formula to count the students in category wise please. File is attached herewith for your reference. Thanking you in advance. Regards, Shahzad Zameer |
