Hi
My name is Les and I am new in this forum. I have a range of numbers of which some of them are blue. I would like to be able to just sum up the numbers that are blue within the range. I am hoping that this can be done without writing a macro or vb. I thank you in advance for your help |

Hi and welcome
if the color comes from conditional formatting it's rather easy.Just sum the numbers which answer the condition. If not VBA is needed ( there are UDF's on the Net I think)

Thank you and like you said it is NOT conditional formatting so I have to write a function which I can do. I am new at this so I will look to see how to mark this thread as solved.
Thank you Peco for your quick response Les |
