Hello My freinds,


I facing isssue when trying make new workbook which must store our equipment operation and history log,
the work book hast two work sheet, in first work sheet must be some thing like entry form, when you fill form and hit submit( I dont know other method), data must be copy in related field in second worksheet(log) which stored all equipment operation history
and clear button must clean field for next entry
can you kindly help me to generat the workbook
the sample sheet is attached
