Duplicate words in cells (or how to split cell in exactly half)
I made some minor mistake in collecting data and what happens now is that I have a beautiful excel file with a column reading something like this:

You won't be able to do that in the original cell without using VBA, but
you can get what you want in another column using a formula =LEFT(A2,LEN(A2)/2) |

When all names are single-word names (or there are only a couple of them), you can use Text to Columns option of Excel with space as delimiter. You get columns with names, columns with "and", and a lot of empty columns (one for every space). And then delete all abundant ones (checking before for names which need editing).
