Can't calculate formulas
I have copied data from 8 workbooks into one, with 1 workbook per sheet then copied all on to a new spreadsheet merging all into 1 common format. But when I entered formulas, i.e. =LEFT(C122,FIND(" ",C122,1)) it will not calculate, it simply displays the formulas.
I'm not sure which version of Excel the workbooks were created in. Any help is appreciated. |

It's likely the cells where you entered the formulas were formatted for "text". Change the format to "General" and try again.
