Extracting data to another tab

Hi,

I'm not totally familiar with excel and I need to extract data from tab 1 to tab 2.

But using a list of names in tab 2 I need it to show only the data of specific people (I don't want to use only the filter option shift+ctrl+L).

Then, every time I type a name in tab 2, it reflects the proper in each cell according to the name it belongs to. See mage attached

Let me know if this explanation is enough or you need me to explain further.
