I am trying to write a formula that will use a factor to multiply within the limits below.
to 10 0.0021 10 - 20 0.0017 20 - 30 0.0007 over 30 0.0004 I can complete when only 3 options but am having difficulty adding the fourth variable. can anyone help? |

I'm not sure what you need. Take a look at differential rates
