You have 2 conditions for price - product and customer's type.
Use SUMIFS instead of VLOOKUP, like Code:
=SUMIFS(Disposables!$F$4:$F$7,Disposables!$B$4:$B$7,$B19, Disposables!$?$4:$?$7,$B$4)
