Default Help please with scheduling

Hello All,

First I think this forum is amazing and all the people that offer there support, I need some help. I'm assisting a member of staff at work who is struggling with doing production scheduling.

The process is that we pick the material for an Item, then that item is ready 48 hours later currently.

Example

Material Picked . Production completed (48 Hours )
03/12/2017 (Sunday). 05/12/2017
04/12/2017 (Monday AM) . 05/12/2017
04/12/2017 (Monday PM) . 06/12/2017
05/12/2017 (Tuesday AM) . 06/12/2017
05/12/2017 (Tuesday PM . 07/12/2017

We are looking at away to use Excel to help us do this automatically so we can easily see when changing the forecast so for example going from picking material 4 days a week to picking a total of 9 times so 2 picks a days except for Friday then ETA of finished production but excluding weekend for the production date.

I hope some of this makes sense on what we are trying to achieve. Currently it takes him along time and as production is changing he has to re work all the dates again

If any one can help would really appreciate. And also would be willing to donate some money for this
