How to fill a cell at row and column intersection with conditional Formatting

Hello Pros;

I have a distance calculator sheet with lots of rows and columns of numbers, I used CF to find the distance between two location by CF of specific row with column intersection. I am looking to fill merely the intersection cell.

Can you help how to fill color just intersection cell with CF?
