Hi
I have the following setup - one column with university degree and a second column with a categorization of the degree into about six categories To achieve this I am using a vlookup - see attached file Initially, all was well, and it worked perfectly But, as I have enhanced the excel workbook adding columns, formulae etc. Now - it doesn't work Any suggestions ? Format column C (the one with formula) as General (currently it is text).
