Hey all please help im lost
So im trying to indroduce an attendance data workbook on Excel. Im using windows. Its fine on my end. But when I send it to the facilitators who use mac, as soon as they start typing, it changes! The pages dont fit anymore so printing them will be messy and one persons mac keeps flickering when excel is open. On mine the printing areas are set and fine, text size is fine and page breaks are fine. I am using the same font that the macs have. All their settings are the same as mine. What can I do to solve this? Also, the facilitators arent tech savvy and freak out when they click something wrong. Is there a way I can send them an excel worksheet/book, when they can input the data and use the drop down menus but not have the options to change anything? I suppose kind of like converting a word doc to pdf, but instead still having the option to input words only, and without all the buttons to confuse them. Any help I woukd greatly appreciate xx |
