If text in column then formula in other
I am tying to make a column change text and background colors only if certain text is present n column A. So I have in Column A the states (ND, WY). Under Column H I have dates of training. I know how to use conditional formatting to have rows change colors when 30 days out and when expired. I would like to add the rule based on text in column A. Expiration only applies in ND. I have tried but cant get it to work. Thanks for any help.
